Terms and Conditions — nordic.shokz.com

1. Parties and scope

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made on nordic.shokz.com (the “Store”). The seller and your contractual counterparty for any purchase is:

The Store is provided in cooperation with AfterShokz Euro B.V. (Schipholweg 103, 2316XC Leiden, The Netherlands) (entity per Shokz’s public EU/EEA policy — to be confirmed by Shokz as the correct party for nordic.shokz.com specifically), which owns the Shokz brand and the platform, but RLVNT Distribution AB is your contracting party, sells and delivers the products, processes payment, and is responsible for customer service relating to your order.

These Terms apply to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Where you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies in addition to these Terms.

2. Orders and contract formation

A binding purchase agreement is formed once you have completed your order and received an order confirmation by email from us. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in [SEK/NOK/DKK/EUR — confirm currency per market], inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate for your country. Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout is completed.

Payment is processed via [PAYMENT PROVIDER(S), e.g. Klarna, Stripe, card, Swish/Vipps]. Payment is handled by RLVNT Distribution AB through our payment partner.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are [X–Y] business days within Sweden and [X–Y] business days to Norway/Denmark/Finland. Delivery times are estimates and not binding commitments unless stated otherwise.

Risk of loss passes to you once the product has been delivered to the specified delivery address or collection point.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (and the equivalent legislation in Norway, Denmark and Finland implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us as set out in Section 1 or use our [withdrawal form / returns page link]. The goods must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to [any exceptions, e.g. hygiene products with broken seals — specify if relevant to the product range].

6. Complaints and warranty

If a product is defective, you have the right to make a complaint (claim) under the consumer protection law applicable in your country:

Sweden: Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) — right to complain for up to 3 years
Norway: Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) — right to complain for up to 5 years for goods intended to last significantly longer than 2 years
Denmark: Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) — right to complain for 24 months (may be extended in certain cases)
Finland: Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) — right to complain for up to 3 years (defects appearing after 6 months may need to be substantiated by the consumer)

In addition to the statutory right to complain, the product may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty — see Shokz’s warranty terms for the product.

7. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which describes, among other things, that RLVNT Distribution AB and AfterShokz Euro B.V. are joint controllers for the processing carried out in the Store.

8. Limitation of liability and force majeure

RLVNT Distribution AB is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, government action, industrial action, or serious supply disruptions at a subcontractor.

If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how we have handled your matter, you may contact:

Swedish law applies to this agreement, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide you with greater protection.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect at the time you placed your order are the ones that apply to that purchase.
